Flow365 FollowUp is designed to help users manage sensitive personal and professional context, including people, reminders, deadlines, drafts, notes, and files. The product should only use that information to provide the follow-through assistant experience requested by the user.

The first version is review-first. AI suggestions and drafts should stay under user control, and connected account permissions should be introduced carefully as the product expands.
